In the present world, territory is Geography era with the certain limited borderline, covers the aspect of the legal rulership geographically. Independence, territorial integrity of states has been considered as a global concept. united nations , International law and constitutions of states strongly support such a view. In spite of prevalence of ummat - focusing thoughts in primary compilation of constitution, allocation of seven article of law to nation-state.
