Abstract

The collapse of the bipolar system has caused a change in the geopolitics of Iran, which has acquired a new role in the regional and global scene, in a way that in the changing world order, Iran
is located in the new Middle-East.
The end of the war between Kuwait and Iraq initiated Iran's negotiation Strategy, which was followed by a self-Sustaining strategy to face the Clinton administrations defensive policies. The
weakness of the Saudi Arabian army, the geopolitical problems of Iraq in gaining access to
international waters, and the organizational and strategic weaknesses of the other Persian Gulf
coumries has Stressed the Persistence of this Strategy.
The first Step in Iranian foreign policy is to build confidence in order to form harmonizing
measures.
In the north, central Asia and the Coucases have become a geopolitical buffer-zone in economic terms. The aim of NATO's presence in this area is to counter the geopolitical advantages of Iran,
which are undeniable.
By the transformation of strategic territories to "geopolinomic" territories, Iran will be located
in the center of World energy security, and this fact has brought about a new spirit in Iranian geopolitics.
