Abstract

The industrialization of rural regions in the form of prepare industrial areas has the purpose of reaching to rural sustainable development in recent decade and is taken into consideration by rural development programmers.To assess the result and consequences of creating industrial areas in rural regions, it is done a case study in markazi province in 5 rural industrial areas and on 85 employeds in product units , the conclude shows that creation of job opportunities for rural regions have not been successfully , because the most employeds of rural industrial areas are city inhabitants.Other foundings are little use of local resources ,not to export productive goods , and loss of effective education system.Evaluting the development indexes in employeds of industrial areas and inhabitants in rural regions before and after occupation shows significance differance in food consumption patterns and use of durable goods. Also , residence private ownership, insurance and social security ,rural cooperations , job safe coefficient have difference in a meaningful level 0.05 before and after occupation.
