This research is based upon studying and to analyze geographically the problem of guaranteeing to prepare the food in Iran that is associated with goals of develapment and welfare in this country over the past two decades. Iran is a southwestern state of Asia which is holding its particular physical environment that do cause problems for rural settlements. In regarding to supply more efficient foods in this county, all newly developmental concepts of universal academies are concerned here. Presently, Iran’s population growth and density and also its percentage of agricultural employees would be considered as moderate as possible. The main subjects of this paper are focussed on production and trading of agricultural and livestock products.
