Some Fators Which made Problem for Spatial development of Tehran is not easy to Solve it. Limitation of Land Caused Change of the form of the City Such as below:
1. Because of the Limitation of the Land inside the city Zone, Some buildings and residentiol areas are destroyed or reconstructed befor their effective ages.
2. The Limitation of the City Zone Caused for development of Sattlite Cities around Tehran and also Converted rural areas to urban bases.
Therefore, These Pressure of the Population on Tehran is the result of this development Limitations.
