Most world countries destiny in every period of history especially Iran has related to Rural destiny. Considering Agricultural activities principal in rurals and consuming food material supply them, pay attention to rural and agriculture can play much essential role in order to self preduce and progress in economical, social and cultural development planning in every country.
It was planned 6 programmes development after Islamic Revolution. The first three programmes did not appear under critical conditions after Revolution, and they changed as temperary plan actually.
It was done 2 plans under economical, social and cultural development plans titles began since 1368 to end of 1378 and third economic, social and cultural planning Islamic Republic Of Iran development started since 1379 and is going on. It was considered serious agricultural development and rurals constructions especially when agriculture accounted as a basic development following second programmes.
It has surveyed rural placement broad and agricultural especific aspect during construction plannings after Revolution. It will also explain positive and weakness pionts.
