Political co-operation of Iranian people in parliamentary elections have ups and downs that its reasons differ from a regions to another regions.
In Isfahan, political co-operation of people in Islamic Council Assembly elections have mostly been affected presence of political parties and groups. Meanwhile, some personal and social characteristics of electoral candidates have also affected on the strong and weakness of people’s presence and finally on the kind of their decision-making.
This research has done about the role of the parties in political development and electoral behaviour of Isfahan’s people by this aim that it specifies the role of the parties and groups in electoral behaviour process and also studies the conventional unexperienced command in political discourses and writings that presence of parties have positive effect in increase of people ‘spolitical co-operation specially in elections.
The results are obtained through two methods,. 1) analysis of statistical inputs that are extracted by deeds and books 2)questioning of a statistical community in Isfahan indicated that firstly,. the base of people’s decision- makings is not on parties and wings activities secondly; their electoral behaviour in selection of candidates is on the basis of public and private basics and criteria
