Nowadays the big powers know the weaknesses and abilities of other countries at international levels. In fact that Pakistan is situated in a such strategic part of the world, therefore, the great powers evaluate very much the relations with that country. Consequently reviewing geopolitics of this country would force us to take good political, economical, cultural and military decision which would be useful for the future of our country. This article is trying to determine where Pakistan stands in the new geopolitical of the region and the trend of evolutions in the scene of regional and Para regional competitions after the Cold War and the September eleven event, therefore the proximity of this country to the center of the critical regions of the geopolitics and geostrategic of the 21st century, the effects of this proximity on the neighboring country are under observation so that it can help the understanding of the features roots opportunities treat intricacies of the region. Keywords: Geopolitics, Geo-strategic, Government, National interest, Pakistan. بدون شناخت محیط پیرامونی و نظم و معادلات حاکم بر آن، دستیابی به اهداف، امنیت و منافع ملی غیر ممکن و در صورت امکان مستلزم سعی و خطای بسیار، اتلاف منابع و هزینه های سنگین و احتمالاً جبران ناپذیر خواهد بود. امروزه قدرت های بزرگ با سطح بازی فرامنطقه ای نیز علاوه بر شناسایی توانایی ها و آسیب پذیری های سایر کشورها در سطح بین الملل، از توجه ویژه به همسایگان خویش غافل نیستند. کشور پاکستان در منطقه ای واقع شده که به دلیل خصوصیات جغرافیایی همواره مورد توجه قدرت های جهانی بوده است و بنابراین بررسی ژئوپولیتیک این کشور می تواند در اتخاذ تصمیمات سیاسی، اقتصادی، فرهنگی و نظامی کشور ما سودمند و برای کاستن از تصادمات احتمالی در آینده مفید واقع شود. این مقاله در صدد شناخت جایگاه کشور پاکستان در ژئوپولیتیک جدید منطقه و سیر تحولات صورت گرفته در صحنه رقابت قدرت های منطقه ای و فرا منطقه ای پس از دوران جنگ سرد و حادثه 11 سپتامبراست.ا ز این رو مجاورت این کشور در کانون مناطق بحرانی ژئوپلیتیکی و ژئو استراتژیکی قرن بیست و یک و اثرات این همجواری بر کشورهای همسایه مورد مداقه است تا به درک کامل تری از شناخت ویژگی ها و ریشه یابی چالش ها، فرصت ها و تهدیدها کمک نماید. کلید واژه ها: پاکستان، ژئوپولیتیک، ژئواستراتژیک، حکومت، منافع ملی. https://jrg.ut.ac.ir/article_19265_b41ed41a266061259eb6173b80cdd4ff.pdf
