Tourism as the effective activity of all the elements of development needs the study more than before. In this research by expressing the common parts of the meaning of sustainable development, we explain the features of sustainable tourism from different views, and also the effects of environment of the tourist activities are discussed especifically, on the certain district section of torgabeh in Mashhad district Despite of using of some policies that limit misused of nature, conclusions of studies express that presents process of exploitation of nature was over of environmental carring capacity and natural and economical abilities of this region are under serious thretened of decaying. دستیابی به توسعه پایدار در گروه توجه به ارکان اقتصادی و اجتماعی فرهنگی و زیست محیطی در یک جامعه است و گردشگری به عنوان فعالیتی اثر گذار بر تمامی ارکان توسعه بیش از گذشته نیازمند مطالعه است در این تحقیق با بیان اجز مشترک مفهوم توسعه پایدار از دیدگاههای متفاوت به ویژگیهای گردشگری پایدار پرداخته و بطور خاص تبعات زیست محیطی فعالیتهای گردشگری در محدوده ای مشخص ( بخش طرقبه علیرغم برخی فعالیتها و تمهیدات محدود کننده فراتر از ظرفیت روند کنونی بهره برداری از طبیعت علیرغم برخی فعالیتها و تمهیدات محدود کننده فراتر از ظرفیت تحمل محیط بوده و بیم آسیب های جدی و نابودی توانهای طبیعی و البته اقتصادی منطقه می رود https://jrg.ut.ac.ir/article_10750_5bcc683b31692d48525ae74e73219c9a.pdf
